They’ll get the pump up email the following Friday morning, and lessons the Monday after that. It was impossible for me to automate this with MailChimp.

But, because you can do anything with ActiveCampaign, often you have to develop things from scratch. ActiveCampaign has an alternative to delete inactive customers, which I don’t recommend.

Some subscribers don’t have tracking switched on, so their opens aren’t tape-recorded. Others still wish to be subscribed but have been hectic. Here’s my reactivation series: I send one email asking if they still wish to be subscribed, and briefly describing why I keep my email list clean.
