To start developing an automation in ActiveCampaign, begin with a “trigger.” There are a variety of ways you can set off an automation, including: When a tag is added When a contact registers for a list When a contact sends a kind E-commerce and on-site alternatives (available in the “Pro” strategy) When the contact reaches a certain point in another automation.
